intended role and function.

continued improvements.
What will we do?
- Take pictures in front of a grid for subjective visual feedback
- Complete an assessment of 21 bony landmarks using a patented measuring tool to objectively evaluate postural deviations
- Design and practice a corrective exercise routine customized to address your specific postural deviations.
What should I expect from my body?
- This process is a neuro-physiological one and generally takes 10-16 weeks to become a habit in the body. The process is three-fold:
■ Second, we will introduce proper movement patterns
■ Third, we support and reinforce the patterns by strengthening the body’s neuromuscular system to allow muscles to perform their
intended role and function.
How often do I come in?
- Hour-long sessions should be booked every two weeks to have new measurements taken and a new routine created to support the changes
continued improvements.
- Once the body has learned to hold itself more efficiently, a maintenance plan can be implemented with appointments scheduled as needed.
